WELCOME TO THE FIAT BURSARY SCHEME 2011
Since 1996, children of Fiat employees have been able to sign up to the "Fiat Grants and Scholarships" programme, through which students who have achieved the best marks may obtain a financial contribution towards their studies. The programme is open to students who are currently studying at A level or above.
The initiative covers all countries in which Fiat has a significant presence and underlines its commitment to promoting growth and development opportunities for young talent in an increasingly global environment.
Overall, in Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, the UK, Brazil, China and North America, 600 grants and scholarships were awarded in 2010, for an overall value exceeding €1 million.
In the past few years the scheme has attracted a large number of applicants in the UK, with 42 entries being received in 2010 of which 17 bursaries were awarded.
